When you enquire about our services via email and we reply to you via email, we cannot guarantee that your email, or my reply is 100% secure. It is important that you understand that no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you wish to send us any documents via email and have any concerns about confidentiality and the data contained within your documents, we are happy for you to password protect your documents before sending them to Swarming Bee Web Design. You can either provide us with your password in a separate email, or phone us and provide us with your password over the phone.

Any data that has been submitted by a client to Swarming Bee Web Design will be stored in their respective folders which is found on local servers. This ranges from basic information, signed documents i.e. name, address and your personal needs should you submit them etc.
Retention of Information
The basis on which we hold or share information about you is outlined below and also the limits around confidentiality.
You have the right of access to information we hold about you and to amend or ask for deletion of information that may not be accurate or correct. Please contact us if you wish to view the data we hold about you. Swarming Bee Web Design will not hold your data for longer than is deemed necessary for the purposes of our business or any other service we provide and in accordance with and following best practice and legal guidance. Is my data secure?
All data that we hold is located on local servers that can only be accessed by Swarming Bee Web Design staff who have been given permission. This means that only Swarming Bee Web Design staff can access this data. Furthermore, this information is safeguarded using appropriate anti-virus and firewall software that is regularly monitored and updated. We may have physical copies which are stored in a locked cupboard in our office.
What is my data used for?
Contact details are used so that we can contact individual members about updates. Signed documents such as contracts are saved so that we have proof that you as a client, comply with our rules and code of ethics.
Right of erasure
